Framework Factory provides this website, including all information, tools, and services available on this website, to you, the user, on the condition that you accept all the terms, conditions, policies, and notices set forth herein.

By visiting our website and/or purchasing anything from us, you participate in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following general terms and conditions ("Service Terms," "Terms"), including any additional terms and policies referenced herein and/or available via a hyperlink. These service terms apply to all users of the website, including but not limited to browsers, vendors, customers, and/or content contributors. Please read these service terms carefully before visiting or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the website, you agree to be bound by these service terms.

If these service terms are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these service terms. Any new features or tools added to the current store are also subject to the service terms. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Article 1 – Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

• Period: the time frame within which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.

• Consumer: the natural person who does not act in the exercise of a profession or business and enters into a distance sales agreement with the entrepreneur.

• Day: calendar day.

• Duration transaction: a distance sales agreement concerning a series of products and/or services whose delivery and/or purchase obligation is spread over time.

• Durable medium: any means that allows the consumer or entrepreneur to store information addressed to them personally in a way that permits future consultation and unchanged reproduction of the stored information.

• Right of withdrawal: the consumer's option to cancel the distance sales agreement within the reflection period.

• Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person offering products and/or services to consumers via distance selling.

• Distance sales agreement: an agreement concluded within the framework of a system organized by the entrepreneur for distance selling of products and/or services, up to and including the conclusion of the agreement, using exclusively one or more techniques of distance communication.

• Technique for distance communication: means that can be used to conclude an agreement without the consumer and entrepreneur meeting in the same place.

• General terms and conditions: the current general conditions of the entrepreneur.

Article 3 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to any offer from the entrepreneur and to any distance contract and order concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer. Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions must be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, it must be stated before the distance sales agreement is concluded that the general terms and conditions can be inspected by the entrepreneur and sent to the consumer upon request as soon as possible.

If the distance sales agreement is concluded electronically, the text of these general terms and conditions can be made available to the consumer electronically in a way that allows easy storage on a durable medium. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be indicated how the terms can be viewed electronically and that they will be sent electronically or otherwise free of charge upon the consumer’s request.

If, in addition to these general terms and conditions, specific product or service conditions apply, the second and third paragraphs apply correspondingly. In the event of conflicting general terms and conditions, the consumer may always invoke the provision most favorable to them.

If one or more provisions of these general terms and conditions are at any time wholly or partly invalid or annulled, the agreement and the remaining terms shall continue in effect, and the invalid provision shall be immediately replaced by a provision that comes as close as possible to the original purpose. Situations not covered by these general terms and conditions shall be assessed in the spirit of these terms. Any ambiguity regarding the interpretation or content of one or more provisions shall be interpreted in the spirit of these general terms and conditions.

Article 4 – The Offer
If an offer has a limited validity period or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer. The offer is non-binding. The entrepreneur has the right to modify and adjust the offer. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services, detailed enough to allow proper assessment by the consumer. Images used are a true representation of the products and/or services offered. Obvious errors in the offer are not binding. All images, specifications, and data in the offer are indicative and cannot be grounds for compensation or cancellation of the agreement.

Every offer provides sufficient information for the consumer to understand their rights and obligations related to acceptance of the offer, including price, exclusive customs fees and import VAT, shipping method, payment, delivery, acceptance period, and other details as outlined in the text.

Article 5 – The Agreement
Subject to the provisions of paragraph 4, the agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and fulfills the conditions therein. If accepted electronically, the entrepreneur will immediately confirm receipt electronically. Until receipt is confirmed, the consumer may dissolve the agreement. The entrepreneur shall take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect electronic data transfer and ensure a secure web environment. Based on an assessment of the consumer’s ability to meet payment obligations, the entrepreneur may refuse orders or attach special conditions to implementation.

The entrepreneur will provide the consumer with written information regarding the business address, conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal, guarantees, after-sales service, and other relevant contractual details.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
The consumer may cancel the agreement without reason within 14 days, starting from the day after the product is received. During the reflection period, the consumer may handle the product only to the extent necessary to assess whether they wish to keep it. If exercising the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all delivered accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original packaging. Notification of withdrawal must be made in writing or by email within 14 days. The consumer must return the product within 14 days and provide proof of timely return.

Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, the cost of returning the products is borne by the consumer. The entrepreneur will refund any amounts paid as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after withdrawal, provided the product is returned or proof of return is provided.

Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The entrepreneur may exclude the consumer's right of withdrawal for products or services under specific conditions, such as personalized products, hygiene products with broken seals, and services performed on specific dates or during a specified period.

Article 9 – Pricing
Prices are fixed during the validity period stated in the offer, except for statutory changes like VAT. For products or services with market price fluctuations beyond the entrepreneur’s control, variable prices may apply. Price increases within three months of the agreement are only allowed if required by law.

Article 10 – Compliance and Warranty
The entrepreneur guarantees that products/services comply with the agreement, specifications, and applicable laws. Defective or incorrect products must be returned within 14 days. Warranty periods correspond to manufacturer guarantees. The warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized repairs, or legal/material compliance issues.

Article 11 – Delivery and Execution
The entrepreneur will exercise due care in handling orders. Accepted orders will be processed promptly and within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Delays will be communicated, and the consumer may cancel without cost. The risk of damage/loss lies with the entrepreneur until delivery.

Article 12 – Ongoing Agreements: Duration, Termination, and Extension
Consumers may terminate open-ended regular delivery agreements with one month’s notice. Fixed-term agreements may only be extended if the consumer can cancel with one month’s notice. Trial subscriptions end automatically after the trial period.

Article 13 – Payment
Amounts are payable within 7 working days of the start of the withdrawal period. The consumer must promptly report payment errors. The entrepreneur may charge reasonable costs for non-payment.

Article 14 – Complaint Procedure
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of identifying a defect. The company will respond within 14 days. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to a complaint board. Complaints do not suspend payment obligations.

Article 15 – Disputes
Contracts between the consumer and the company are governed exclusively by Danish law, even if the consumer resides abroad.
